You can get a sense of the entire SafeHouse 7 protocol under Individual, Couples and Group Offering pages. In general sessions for the Safe House 7 process are a bit longer than a typical 50 minute session and the duration of therapy is much shorter (4-6 months) than the durations of traditional talk therapy which averages anywhere from 1-5 years. We will explore an issue(s) through many different lenses and relationships and incorporates creative, somatic and spiritual approaches that are based in indigenous foundations. Please read the protocol and reach out if you have any specific questions about the therapeutic approach.

I do not take insurance. However I can provide you with a document called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement.

I do make accommodations on a case by case basis and provide a limited percentage of my clients a reduction in fees.

During our first 20 minute consultation we can discuss your reservations and needs and figure out which modality is right for you. However, you can begin to think about the different time frames of the sessions as well as the duration of therapy that is ideal for you. Also look over the description of the Safe House Seven Path and see if it resonates for you even if you are unsure how it will all play out.

No. While I recommend completing all the thresholds, if there is part of the process you feel uncomfortable with, we can modify or eliminate that portion of the process.

Yes! My intention is to dedicate much of my practice to working with BIPOC folks. However we are all inextricably bound to one another and it is necessary for us all to do our healing work. I am very open to working with any individual or couple dedicated to their and this planet’s healing and transformation.

Yes! In fact in many cases there is more flexibility in time and cost when we do ongoing virtual sessions. In addition any of the in-person sessions can be scheduled virtually to accommodate a change in schedule or travel.
